Pepperoni Meat

Pepperoni Dip Ingredients:
- Sour cream
- Oregano
- Onion powder
- Pepperoni
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cream cheese ( at room temperature)
- Dried basil
- Parsley
- Garlic powder
- Roasted red peppers
First, remove the creamy cheese from the fridge for one hour; then, it will soften.
Put the creamy cheese in a bowl, add some sour cream, and mix for 3-4 minutes with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Now add the spices and mix them well for at least 2 minutes.
Keep the mixture away to rest and slice the pepperoni into dice and then into tiny pieces. Cut the red peppers into small pieces also.
Add the pepperoni and the peppers to the bowl and mix well. Then, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix until it is smooth and well-mixed.
If you want to serve it immediately, you can put it into the microwave for 20-30 seconds, stir it again, and do it.
